PRIVACY
POLICY

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY.  BY USING THE GRAFXEMPORIUM SITE, YOU AGREE AND ABIDE BY THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED BELOW.

Your privacy on the Internet is important to us. As part of the operations of GrafxEmporium, we gather certain types of information about GrafxEmporium users. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information GrafxEmporium collects and what we do with it. By using our web site, you agree to the following Privacy Policy, which constitutes an agreement between GrafxEmporium and you. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy may change from time to time and the most current versions are always accessible by clicking on the links at the bottom of any page throughout our site. This section should be read in conjunction with our full Terms of Use.

COLLECTING

INFORMATION

GrafxEmporium collects two types of information about users: personal information, such as name and e-mail address, and aggregate information (such as information about how many users log on to our site on a daily basis) all which is kept completely confidential by GrafxEmporium.

Personal Information is collected when users voluntarily submit information via our online electronic forms. These forms include services such as requesting web design templates, purchasing graphic services, applying to our Web Award Program, or other promotional opportunities provided on our site. We also collect e-mail addresses from users who send us feedback mail or request technical support or other help. This information enables GrafxEmporium to improve our site to make your online visits more productive and enjoyable as well as compile statistics for our Web Award Program. Our Web Award applicants agree within the submission form to have the following information posted; site name, url address, a screenshot image and a brief description of the winning site.

Aggregate Information One method of collecting aggregate information about your activities online (such as the pages you access most frequently), and information volunteered by you (such as demographic application information), is by tracking Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you surf the Web. Computers that deliver web pages to you automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When you request a page from one of our sites, our servers log your IP address.

We never sell, rent, or otherwise share our visitors' personal information with any third parties. We will disclose information we maintain as required by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena or to disclose information to a specific law enforcement agency.

Cookies allow sites to determine which areas and features of their sites are most popular by measuring user activity.
